CHEVREUL Medal 2023 will be awarded to Prof. Richard BAZINET (University of Toronto, Canada) for the excellence of the scientific work he carried out over the last years in the field of Human Nutrition, Lipids and omega3 fatty acids. The Conference CHEVREUL will be presented during the ISSFAL 2023 International Congress at Nantes (France), 2-5 July 2023. It will be titled:

“Using carbon 11, 12, 13 and 14 to study brain fatty acid metabolism - Highlights of a few fun findings along the way with an emphasis on translation.”
