SFEL organized a session on “Milk lipids: from specific composition to metabolic impacts throughout life” (https://annualmeeting.aocs.org/) at the 14th ISSFAL Congress, which took place remotely from May 10 to 14, 2021.
SFEL 2021 thesis prize
SFEL 2021 Thesis Prize: awarded at the GERLI congress in Bordeaux to Dr Etienne Guillocheau (Biochemistry-Human Nutrition Laboratory, AGROCAMPUS OUEST, UMR NUMECAM, Rennes) for his thesis on "Protective effects of dairy products on the risk of metabolic syndrome: what is the role of trans-palmitoleic acid?"
