Publish: the works, scientific and technical articles presented at general assemblies, plenary meetings, congresses and symposia in which it participatesIn concrete terms, SFEL:

• Organizes annual study days: the Chevreul Days
• Publishes the proceedings of these days in the OCL magazine
• Annually awards the Chevreul Medal to two researchers whose work is an authority in the field of lipids
• Awarded a thesis prize each year to a young researcher
